  • This house comes flat packed in kit form. - We have tried and tested and this house is very easy to build!
  • The Front Door and Roof are held in place via Magnets but can easily be hinged if you prefer.
  • 6mm & 9mm MDF- includes outside windows and doors.
  • Also includes 6 x white internal doors which are very easy to install and made of moulded plastic. No painting required
  • includes stairs but not spindles or handrail
  • 6 internal walls give this house an amazing amount of flexability on rooms and room sizes The balcony railing supplied is blue in colour made of plastic this is easily painted British Made this house is of excellent quality and this is reflected in the ease of construction. The windows are easy to glaze with no gluing involved comes with full easy to follow instructions .
